3. Coordinate which payment process and wait for payment confirmation before booking.
For COD (up to 20kg only[Metro Manila]), kindly coordinate with us.


4. When booking, make sure it's within working hours to avoid inconvenience and for smooth pick up.

Rider verification

For your protection, we verify the rider's identity against your booking details before releasing any order.

If the person who arrives does not match the name, plate number, and vehicle you provided, we will not release your order. We will contact you immediately so you can cancel and rebook.

This applies to all third-party courier bookings without exception. Please make sure the details you send us match your booking exactly, and let us know right away if you change or rebook your courier.

On delivery

Check that the rider who delivers matches your courier app's booking details before accepting your parcel. If they don't match, don't hand over payment or accept the item — contact us and your courier immediately.
